Cross Country
This year CMLAC will again compete in the Eastern 7’s competition every Sunday morning. Check out the Winter XC Calendar here.

Thanks (and good luck!) to Sam Nathan as our new XC Coordinator.

Save the Date
CMLAC is (tentatively) scheduled to host the XC event on Sunday, 12 July at Orchard Grove in Blackburn South. Parents please mark your diaries to volunteer on this day now and help CMLAC maintain our reputation for the most popular Club event of the Winter season.

Winter Race Walking

All CMLAC Athletes who enjoy race walking (and want to do more!) are encouraged to join VRWC in 2026 – this specialist race walking club (affiliated with Athletics Victoria & Racewalking Australia) offers a full range of races (1km, 1.5km, 2km & further) from May through September, in a traffic free environment on pathways in the Albert Park Reserve, Middle Park. See Winter Race Walking Fixture here.

While CMLAC offers both XC Training and Competition programs thru Winter, all VRWC races (except Championships) are ‘Come & Try’ races so CMLAC Walkers are welcome to compete in XC andWalk Races on the same weekend (even on the same day!) ~

Participating in one need not exclude the other.

Further info contact Mark Donahoo (VRWC Registrar / Club Coach) on 0428 331 550.

Stay tuned for more exciting news coming soon…
