The 2023-24 CMLAC Summer Season is nearly here! It will start on Saturday 7 October 2023.
Saturday competitions begin with an athlete warm-up session in front of the Clubhouse at 8.45am each Saturday. This is followed by the athletes completing 5-6 events each week with other athletes in their age group and gender.
