For all interested parents and for Age Group Managers, we will be having an Information Session from 3.30 – 5.15pm this Sunday 28 November at the CMLAC Clubhouse (our usual location).
Our Coaching Team will teach you how you can best help your age group with improving their running, jumps and throws.
We look forward to seeing as many of you on Sunday as possible!
