The CMLAC Clubhouse is located at Righetti Oval, which is off Glenferrie Road in Malvern. The driveway entrance is next to Vision Australia and opposite the Kooyong tennis club. The Clubhouse is at the end of the driveway and there is parking.

CMLAC has:

• A clubhouse, with toilets, kiosk and change rooms
• Two recently renovated grass ovals with athletics markings
• Long jump pits, high jump mats
• Electronic timing equipment, with results uploaded online for all registered athletes
• On-site parking
