Athletes compete each week in groups based on their age and gender. Each group is led by an Age Group Manager, who is usually a parent / guardian who volunteers their time. You don’t have to know all the rules of athletics to volunteer for this position. We will provide some short training for you so you feel comfortable leading your age group throughout the season.
