Training for the winter cross country season will commence on Wednesday, April 30th and will continue every Wednesday evening between 4:45pm to 6pm at McAlpine Oval in Kooyong. Tony and his team will be running it most weeks (excluding school holidays). At some stage of the season we hope to move to an improved location to give our athletes more variety.
Each week of Eastern 7s competition follows a similar timetable and we recommend arriving 30 minutes before your event. Simply arrive with your child’s barcode / bib and CMLAC uniform, wait for your age-group to be called and enjoy the fun!
Please note the XC program should be a parent-led event. On our website we have information and a contact person, however each week it is up to the competitor to put themselves in the event and wear the appropriate attire. Whilst most weeks, a committee person will be present for guidance it will not necessarily be the case.
We ask all members to arrange any uniform orders or barcode bib requests during the week. The club contact person will then arrange for them to be picked up or delivered. Winter is a great time to order the club hoodies! Please use the online shop for any uniform orders.

Centre awards for 2024-25 season
We still have a handful of trophies, medals or certificates awarded to athletes that were not collected. Please reach out to me to arrange collection. Additionally, the website will be updated with new club records in the next couple of months.
